24th November 2005 : Dawn Lomond
Shot the same morning as the previous shot, but as the sun was rising.
The colour didnt last long at all, before long it was sat behind the clouds and that was the end of that.
Just enough time to get some shots in though.

I've been enjoying these Loch Lomond shots, and I like this one, but I think I'd have got rid of the buoy.

Another fantastic shot. I like the way that the colours of the boy match the mountain behind.

Seems like a lava lake!

Stunning. I love it when Lakes (or Lochs) 'steam' like this.

The buoy breaks up the image - and that's just what I like about this! That is an amazing shade of red. Like we're looking at a picture of Mars (guess there IS water on Mars after all ;-)
Arjan on 24th November 2005 @ 3:09pm
Looks like the lake is giving off steam, the colours accentuate that. More reason to get up early!
Ben on 24th November 2005 @ 7:24pm
Wow...amazing colorcast. Love the mist! Perfect sunlight on the mountains behind and wonderful water. Love the buoy too. Awesome shot.

Then you were so wise to get this just in time. Another wonerful reflection, and those tones on the red of the mountains are really particular. :)
