13th November 2005 : Pennington Flash at Twilight
Some of you will know my soft spot for skies, sunsets and the like. I know sunsets are in abundance these days and are a cliche subject when shooting. But hell I like em, I like being there when I shoot em, for instance, this twilight shot was shot walking my dogs while a truly stunningly clear sky was reflected off the motionless lake. I was at home working on the house, when I looked outside and thought "bollocks to this, Im going for a walk with the dogs".
I may post another shot of this place, maybe two, depends how I feel when Im viewing them tommorrow....and also if I have anything else worth putting up.
MP3 player playing in my ears, all I needed was a flask of coffee as it was pretty cold.

Paul, nothing wrong with romance! :-) This still is almost a bit sad me thinks. Has a "lonely" touch to it!

Really nice shot, so peacefull. Who cares if sunsets are supposed to be cliche, if they look nice, take a picture. Love that sky.

Great tone. Winter is the time for emotional shots, so thanks for sharing this.
