7th August 2005 : Window in Colmar
Colmar, Alsace, France....a beautiful place, one of the highlights of the trip. There were plenty of windows and crooked buildings to shoot....in fact I turned into a right tourist photographer here, shooting for memories....as was a great many of my shots on the trip. I have a pile of Chateau shots, make a lovely calendar for the Chateau enthusiast....hehe ;)

This is really lovely. Brilliant saturated colors, perfectly sharp. immediately has that European feel. Very nice.

Lovely! Rather unusual comibination of colours! I actually could tell this was France before I read your info! (Did you enjoy the Eclaires?!) Hope the shutters will not be closed at night...

A really nice shot and IMHO it's very well composed. It invites the viewer right into the scene.
